Geraldine V. Pirwitz ldquo;Gerirdquo; nbsp; Mrs. Geri Pirwitz of Audubon Ave. in Grafton passed away in the evening hours of Saturday July 18 2009 at Columbia-St. Maryrsquo;s Ozaukee Campus in Mequon.nbsp; She was 70 years old.nbsp; Geraldine was born in the town of Granville WI on March 10 1939 daughter of David G. and Angeline Van Pietersom Moon.nbsp; On July 27 1957 she was united in marriage with James C. Pirwitz at Trinity Lutheran Church in Milwaukee.nbsp; Mrs. Pirwitz held a beautician license and did hair for people for many years as a ldquo;sidelinerdquo; but her many job was raising and caring for the couples five children.nbsp; The family moved to Grafton in the 1970rsquo;s.nbsp; Geri enjoyed dancing in her younger years and she and Jim traveled annually to Florida before his death in 2005. Above all else though her family and children came first in her life.nbsp;nbsp; Mrs. Pirwitz is survived by her 5 children: James (Debbie) Pirwitz of Waubeka Michael (Karen) Pirwitz of Pickerington OH Jeffery Pirwitz of Milwaukee Christine Jensen of Grafton and Daniel (Kate) Pirwitz of Columbus OH as well as 14 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter.nbsp; She is further survived by her mother Angeline Moon of Marshfield 2 brothers: David Moon of Milwaukee and Thomas Moon of Rhinelander 3 sisters: Shirley (Bob) Hendricks of Marshfield Dolores Forest of Milwaukee and Carol (Kenneth) Allan of Menomonee Falls 2 sisters-in-law: Marilyn (Sherm) Miller and Mary (Gerry) Culligan both of Waupaca 2 brothers-in-law: Harold Vogt of Colgate and Dick (Mary) Pirwitz of Mauston nieces nephews other relatives and friends.nbsp; She is preceded in death by husband James C. Pirwitz 1 grandson Joshua Pirwitz her father David Moon and 1 sister Marilyn Vogt.nbsp; Funeral services will be held at 1PM on Wednesday July 22th at the Eernisse Funeral Home 1600 W. Grand Ave. in Port Washington with Rev.
