GEORGEnbsp; W.nbsp; SIMPSON George W. Simpson age 69 years of Port Washington formerly of Sturgeon Bay died Saturday May 23 2009 as the result of a traffic accident in Brown County.nbsp; He was born May 16 1940 in Pennsylvania son of George Simpson and Ethel McDonald.nbsp; George served in the United States Marines as a fireman in the aircraft fire/rescue unit in Yuma AZ. from 1957 until 1960. On November 5 1966 he married Kathleen Schueller in Cedarburg.nbsp; After moving to Port Washington he was employed at Simplicity Mfg. in Port Washington for 31 years retiring in 2001.nbsp; He enjoyed fishing hunting collecting antiques coins guns and tinkering in his garage.nbsp; He is survived by his wife Kathleen six children William (Debbie) Simpson of Port Washington Dana Mattick of Oconto David (Lori) Simpson of New York Gary (Dora) Simpson of Port Charles FL Mary (Jeffrey) Aschauer of Fond du Lac and Patty (Jeffrey) Tietyen of Port Washington 13 grandchildren 12 great grandchildren two brothers Donald (Kris) Jones of Fredonia and Gary (Carol) Jones of Seville OHnbsp; two brothers- in -law Gerald (Jean) Schueller of Princeton WI and Father Anthony Scheuller of New York two sisters- in- law Patricia ldquo;Trishrdquo; Schueller of New York and Clara (Raymond) Koepp of Fremont WI..nbsp; He was preceded in death by his sister Alberta Bahn.nbsp; Funeral Thursday eve.
