Mrs. Galina Pyzhova passed away Thursday, February 10, 2022 at Palladium One Residential Facility in Brown Deer, while surrounded by her loving family. She was 96 years old.
Galina was born on August 17, 1925, in the former Soviet Union, presently Ukraine, daughter of Sergey Pyzhov and Maria Lebedinskaya. On March 9, 1946, she was united in marriage with Semen Mukhlinin in the city of Kulikov, Ukraine. The couple was blessed with two children, Larisa and Sergey. In more recent years, she loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Survivors include her daughter Larisa (Anatoliy) Pyzhova of Brown Deer, grandchildren Yuriy (Ilona), Bogdan (Tomomi) and Ivanna (Andrei), and great-grandchildren Denis, Nikita, Valentine, Alina, Leonard, and Luka. She is further survived by nephew Igor, other family and friends. Galina is preceded in death by her husband Semen, their son Sergey, brother Oleg and sister Alla.
