Obituary

Francis T. Kaiser Bud Bud Kaiser of Port Washington passed away September 2 2013 at Sara Chudnow Community one day short of his 86th birthday. Bud was born September 3 1927 in Pewaukee the son of Frank and Marie Rauwald Kaiser. Upon graduation he proudly served his country as a member of the United States Navy. He earned a Bachelors degree in Engineering from Marquette University. On December 24 1948 he was united in marriage with Patricia Klein in Milwaukee. She preceded in him death in June of 1999. On January 6 2000 he was united in marriage with Mildred Millie Schramm (nee Wollner) at St. Peter of Alcantara Catholic Church in Port Washington. Bud worked at Modern Equipment in Port Washington for 40 years serving as the company's CEO for over 10 years. He retired in 1992. Bud was a long time member of St. Peter of Alcantara Catholic Church and had formerly been active with the Knights of Columbus. He enjoyed golfing cooking reading and carving wooden duck decoys. Bud is survived by his wife Millie of Port Washington and his four children: Karen (Andy) Gundrum of Sturgeon Bay Maureen (Jim) Schmit of Port Washington Bonny (Bruce) Bowen of Plainwell MI and Tim (Pam) Kaiser of Cottonwood Heights UT. He is further survived by his step-children: Bob(Sue) Schramm of Wauwatosa Sue Schramm (Sheila Gavin) of Glendale Cindy (Rich) Behrens of Waukesha and Chris (Dawn) Schramm of Middleton 13 grandchildren 5 great-grandchildren sister Judy (John) Ponasik of Waukesha brother Jim Kaiser of Milwaukee brother-in-law Bob Buntrock of Pewaukee nieces nephews other relatives and friends. Bud is preceded in death by his parents and two sisters Jean Buntrock and Joyce Catura. A Memorial Mass will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday September 7 2013 at St. Peter of Alcantara Catholic Church 1800 N. Wisconsin St. Port Washington. He will be laid to rest at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery Port Washington with full military honors. The family will receive visitors at the church on Saturday from 11:30-1:00 PM. In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to St. Peter of Alcantara Catholic Church. The Eernisse Funeral Home Port Washington is honored to be serving the family.
