FRANCISnbsp; A.nbsp; BRAUNnbsp; ldquo;Frankrdquo; Frank Braun age 93 years of Pewaukee died Sunday October 4 2009 at Columbia St. Maryrsquo;s Hospital in Mequon. He was born December 6 1915 in Ironwood MI son of Jacob and Mary Bonazza Braun. Frank served in the US Army during WW II. In November of 1964 he married Stella McGraw Kramer at St. Agnes Church in Brookfield. She preceded him in death in 1985. Frank worked as a brick layer until retiring.nbsp; He was a member of St. Anthony on the Lake Church in Pewaukee and belonged to American Legion Post #399 in Oconomowoc and was a 58 year member of Brick Layers Union Local #8.nbsp; He is survived by his daughter Kathleen ldquo;Patrdquo; (William) Rausch of Thiensville five grandchildren William J. (Mary) Rausch Peter (Laurie) Rausch Fredrick (Carol) Rausch JoAnn (Dan) Schulteis and Diane (Brian) Roelke six great grandchildren Heath Sean Nickolas Benjamin Cody and Brandon his sister Kay Schinek of Milwaukee son in law Werner Hoops of Pipe WI and one sister in law Carol Braun of Oconomowoc.nbsp; He was preceded in death by one daughter Audrey Hoops and three brothers Jack Joe and John. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday October 13 4 PM at Lumen Christi Catholic Church in Mequon with Father Joe Hornacek officiating followed by full military honors.
