Mrs. Eunice Miller age 89 years of Grafton passed away on Tuesday May 31 2011 at Serenity Home in Grafton where she has resided for the past year. She was born October 25 1921 in Milwaukee daughter of the late George and Frieda Dankert Leifer. On August 21 1949 she married Kenric Miller at St. Marcus Lutheran Church in Milwaukee. He preceded her in death in 1992. Eunice is survived by her son Roger (Jane) Miller of Cedarburg four grandchildren Matthew (Michale) Miller of Madison Amanda (Tom Wagner) Miller of Washington DC Elisabeth (Tim) Ripple of Madison and David (fianc Meghan Gold) Miller of Milwaukee and two great grandchildren Zachary and Lucas. She was preceded in death by three brothers Edwin Kermit and Donald Leifer. Mrs. Miller was a former member of Lake Park Lutheran Church in Milwaukee and Grace Lutheran Church in Grafton where she had been active in choir and other church groups. She was currently a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Cedarburg. Eunice enjoyed embroidery crossword puzzles jigsaw puzzles and playing bingo and card games. Funeral Sunday June 12 4 PM at the Eernisse Funeral Home 1167 Washington Ave.Cedarburg with Rev. Kris Ertl officiating. Interment Pinelawn Memorial Park Milwaukee.
