Estelle Kroepfl of New Berlin formerly of Port Washington passed away in the early morning hours of Sunday April 13 2014 at West Allis Memorial Hospital. She was 92 years old. Estelle was born in Thorp WI on July 16 1921 daughter of Walter Burzynski and Hattie Kwapinski Burzynski. On March 9 1940 she married Alvin Kroepfl in Dubuque IA. Estelle worked as a packer for the J.C. Penney Co. for over 25 years. She was a member of St. Peter of Alcantara Catholic Church in Port Washington and enjoyed embroidery working in her garden baking apple pies and making homemade beet jelly. She is survived by her three children: Catherine (the late William) Poull of Port Washington Jerome (Gayle) Kroepfl of Withee and Ron (Gerri) Kroepfl of New Berlin. She is further survived by 6 grandchildren 17 great-grandchildren two brothers Louis (Louise) Burzynski of Limestone TN and Stanely Burzynski of Vega TX nieces nephews other relatives and many friends. She is preceded in death by her husband Alvin. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday April 21st at 11 AM at St. Peter of Alcantara Catholic Church 1800 N. Wisconsin St. Port Washington with Father Tom Lijewski presiding. She will be laid to rest next to her husband in St. Mary's Cemetery in Port Washington.
