Ervin W. Lorence Mr. Ervin Lorence age 79 of Random Lake formerly of Fredonia passed away on Friday May 19 2006 at Sheboygan Memorial Hospital where he had been a patient. He was born on August 23 1926 in Milwaukee son of Ervin H. Lorence and Irma Lohse Lorence. Ervin served his country in the Air Force and was honorably discharged. On May 12 1951 he married Joyce Tylicki at Gloria Lutheran Church in Milwaukee. The couple moved from Milwaukee to Cedarburg in 1964 and to Fredonia in 1974 where they remained for over 30years. Ervin owned and operated Lorence Manufacturing in Newburg for over 30 years. Mr. Lorence was known as The Candy Man handing out MM's wherever he went to people of all ages. Ervin was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Random Lake and enjoyed working on his computer and going out to dinner with family and friends. He is survived by his three children Kathleen (Stephen) Christenson of Amery Cynthia (Stuart) Hoeft of Green Bay and William Lorence of Port Washington. He is further survived by 8 grandchildren; Michael David Marie Melissa Nicholas Amy Sara and Ryan 7 great-grandchildren Paige Sofia Taylor Alexander Samuel Teagan and Olivia a sister Virginia (Bruce) Walters of Oconomowoc and a sister-in-law Eleanor (the late Robert) Lorence nieces nephews other relatives and many friends. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday May 24 2006 at 11 AM at St. Paul's Lutheran Church 705 Grand Avenue Random Lake with Rev. Ned Dorau officiating. Burial will be in St. Paul's Cemetery in Random Lake. Friends may call at the Eernisse Funeral Home 1600 W. Grand Ave. Port Washington on Tuesday May 23rd from 4-7 PM and again on Wednesday May 24th at the Church from 10-11 AM. Memorials suggested to St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
