MRS. ELVIRA M. MICHALEK Mrs. Elvira Michalek of Clifford Street in Plymouth formerly of the south side of Milwaukee passed away at Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Hospital on Sunday April 13 2008. She was 86 years old. Elvira was born on November 18 1921 one of twin daughters born to John and Mary Birenbaum Jacoby. She moved to Milwaukee at the age of 18 where she worked as a housekeeper. She was united in marriage with Erv J. Michalek on January 5 1980 at St. Nicholas's Catholic Church in Milwaukee. He preceded her in death in 1997. Elvira moved to Plymouth in 2002. She is survived by her sister Barbara Schommer of Belgium step-son Jim Michalek of Milwaukee sister-in-law Alice Jacoby and brother-in-law Mike Schneider both of Random Lake. She is further survived by nieces nephews other relatives and special friends including Steve Sue Sara and Hailey. She is preceded in death by her husband brothers Peter and Raymond and twin-sister La Verne Schneider. Arrangements are pending at this time. The family wishes to thank the fine staff at Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Hospital for the good care they provided. The Eernisse Funeral Home in Belgium is assisting the family with arrangements.
