ELMERnbsp; E.nbsp; JANKE nbsp; nbsp; Elmer Janke age 82 years of 218 N. Wilson St. Fredonia died Monday March 30 2009 at Columbia St. Maryrsquo;s Hospital in Mequon surrounded by his loving family.nbsp; He was born December 7 1926 in Fredonia son of Harold and Amanda Genz Janke.nbsp; On December 23 1952 he married Virginia Depies at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Fredonia. Along with his brother the late Edward Janke he owned and operated H.B. Janke and Sons Inc. a family owned business started by their father.nbsp; The company was a general contractor specializing in highway and bridge construction throughout the State of Wisconsin for over fifty years.nbsp; He was an active member of St. Johnrsquo;s Lutheran Church in Fredonia.
