Ellison "Butch" A. Riemert of Port Washington was called to his Heavenly home on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at the age of 95. He was born June 21, 1927, in Menno, South Dakota to the late John and Renata (Weigt) Riemert. Ellison married Agnes Kahut on August 29, 1952, and together they had two children. She preceded him in death earlier this year.

Butch is survived by his son Rick (Dawn) Riemert and by other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife Agnes, a son Randy Riemert; his siblings, Donald, Elaine, Bernard, Phyllis, Eli, Ellison, Hildegard, Marilyn, Naomi, Lucille, Maxcine and Cornelia.

A memorial service for Butch and Agnes will be celebrated on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at 6 pm at St. John's Lutheran Church, 217 N. Freeman Dr., Port Washington. Pastor Dustin Anderson will preside over the service.

The family will receive visitors at the CHURCH on Tuesday, April 25, from 4-6 pm.

Butch and Agnes will be laid to rest at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery at a later date.
