ELIZABETH M. OTTO Ms. Elizabeth Otto of Fillmore Street in Fredonia passed away at her home Tuesday afternoon May 17 2011. She was 72 years old. Elizabeth was born in Chippewa Falls on September 26 1938. Ms. Otto grew up in Milwaukee and later lived in Cedarburg and Grafton. Liz had worked as a Rehabilitation Technician at St. Michael's Hospital in Milwaukee for over 25 years. She moved to Fredonia in 2008 to be closer to her family. Throughout her life Liz had been an avid reader. She liked watching the birds and in recent years had taken up gardening. She had always enjoyed working but her family was her biggest passion. Liz raised six children and loved spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her children: Randy Otto of Random Lake Rochelle (Mark) Reas of Fredonia Rick Otto of Rockford MI Rod (Wendy) Otto of Cedarburg Renee (Jim) Kester also of Rockford MI and Ross Otto of Fredonia. She is further survived by 14 grandchildren: Trevor Taylor Otto Adam Reas Amanda Ricky and Mathew Otto Trenton Anthony and Courtney Otto Michael Ashley and Jason Kester and Alex Taylor Otto 3 great-grandchildren: Victoria Corbin and Penelope Otto 2 sisters: Nida (William) Johnson of Big Bend and Patricia (Dick) Brueckner of Wautoma. Also surviving is her brother Emmitt of Florida other relatives and many friends. A Gathering of Remembrance will be held at N5740 Pioneer Drive in Fredonia on Friday May 20 from 4-6PM. Liz's family would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers during the last few months.
