Elizabeth Moree Gilley of Random Lake passed away surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, May 16, 2021. She was 12 years old. Elizabeth was born in Sheboygan, Wisconsin on July 25, 2008 to James and Carolyn (nee Packard) Gilley. She attended Random Lake Middle School.
Elizabeth always loved hanging out with her brother and sisters, playing video games, watching movies, and going to the park. She loved adventure, field trips at school, and camping with her family. Her trusted canine companion, Maggie, was always at her side, whether they were dressing up as superheroes or snuggling on the couch. Elizabeth loved art, coloring, stickers, and Playdoh. She especially loved to cheat at board games. Her favorite was Candyland. Elizabeth enjoyed attending band and choir concerts for her siblings, often directing from her seat in the front row.
Elizabeth is survived by her parents; siblings Alexandra, Gabriel, and Julianne; grandparents Kevin & Darlene Packard and Ralph & Patricia Gilley; uncles KJ (Rachael) Packard, Joseph (Lisa) Packard, Dennis Gilley, and Steven (Jessica) Gilley; cousins Abby, Kevin, Aubree, Olivia, Caleb, Grayson, and Lorelei. She is also survived by many other loving family and friends.
Funeral Services will be held at 7:00PM on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at Eernisse Funeral Home, 171 N. Royal Ave., in Belgium. Father Dave Beaudry will be presiding. The family will receive visitors on Tuesday from 4:00PM-6:45PM at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family, towards a future scholarship in Elizabeth's name.
The family wishes to extend special thanks to Dr. Sean Lew and his caring staff; all her specialty teams from Children's Hospital of Wisconsin; Make-A-Wish; Give Kids the World; Rehab Resources of Sheboygan; Walking and Wheeling of Appleton; Sharon S. Richardson Hospice of Sheboygan Falls; Guardians of the Children; and every teacher, aid, and therapist that took the time to make sure that she could live life to it's very fullest.
