Edward P. Weyker Jr. Ed Weyker of Port Washington passed away in the evening hours of Sunday November 16 2014 at St. Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee surrounded by his loving family. He was 79 years old. Eddie was born in the Town of Fredonia on March 8 1935 son of Edward Weyker Sr. and Gertrude Meyer Weyker. On October 17 1959 he married Anna Marie Begush at St. Mary's Parish in Port Washington. She preceded him in death in 2012. Eddie was a proud Teamster and drove truck for Freeman Chemical for 31 years. After retiring he worked for many local businesses in a variety of roles. Eddie was a member of St. Peter of Alcantara Catholic Church Teamsters Local 200 the Port Washington Senior Center (Green Felt Club) and Fisherman's Road Fishing Club in Fond du Lac. He enjoyed fishing shooting pool tinkering in his garage and loved to watch his grandchildren participate in all of their activities. He is survived by his four sons John of West Bend Joseph (partner Jim Norberg) of Brookfield James (Tanya) of Random Lake and Jeffery (Libby) of Port Washington seven grandchildren Jennifer Bria Jeremy Caleb Jonah Lydia and Lily his brother Donald (the late Theresa) Weyker of Beaver Dam two sisters Marge Rusch of Cedar Grove and Ruthie (Paul) Thomas of Plymouth his brother-in-law Jack (the late Judy) Vavra of Campbellsport his lady friend Jean Melsheimer of Port Washington nieces nephews other relatives and many friends. He is preceded in death by his parents and his wife Anna Marie. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday November 20th at 6:30 PM at St. Peter of Alcantara Catholic Church in Port Washington. Father Pat Wendt will preside. He will be laid to rest next to his wife in St. Mary's Cemetery in Port Washington. Visitation will be held at the CHURCH on Thursday November 20th from 3:30-6:30 PM.
