Edsel R. Klandrud
Edsel Klandrud, of Lomira, formerly of Grafton, passed away in the morning hours of Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at Hope Health and Rehabilitation Center in Lomira. He was 87 years old.
Edsel was born in Galesville on November 5, 1933, son of Arthur Klandrud and Cora Wittmore Klandrud. He grew up and attended school in Galesville. After school, he enlisted in the United States Army and served honorably during the Korean War.
On May 26, 1956, he married Betty Gomez in Milwaukee.
Edsel is survived by his wife Betty of Lomira, two children Susan (Mike) Kiepert of TN and Paul (Lori) Klandrud of West Bend. He is further survived by seven grandchildren: Laura, Eric, Jason, Jared, Ashley, Angela, and Tyler, 14 great-grandchildren, one sister Mary Cookley of CO, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, and five siblings.
In accordance with Edsel's wishes, private family services will be held.
