Earl W. Weirauch, age 79, passed away on August 1, 2018. He was born on March 7, 1939 to Earl and Helen (nee Wauwawzinski) Weirauch in Milwaukee. He met the love of his life Fanny Buday on July 17, 1962 and they were united in marriage three months later. Earl loved his dogs and Alpacas, fishing, gardening, and couponing. He was one of the pioneers on a Cardiovascular Surgical Team as the Cardiovascular Perfusionist. They performed the first heart transplant in the Midwest at St. Luke's Hospital and changed the future for heart patients. Above all, his greatest passion and love was his wife, children and grandchildren. Earl is survived by his wife of 55 years Fanny, Children; Susan Obst, Heidi (Michael) Gardipee, Alice (Dale) Sanem and 7 grandchildren; Shannon Obst, Jessy Obst, Peyton Gardipee, Jordan Gardipee, Jacob Sanem, Benny Sanem and Nicky Sanem who all dearly loved him. He is further survived by two sisters, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Earl is preceded in death by his infant son Earl W. Weirauch III. A Memorial Service for Earl will be celebrated on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at 12:00 PM at the Eernisse Funeral Home (1167 Washington Avenue Cedarburg, WI 53012.) Pastor Paustian will officiate. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until the time of service at 12:00 PM. Earl will be Interred next to his infant son at Woodlawn Cemetery in Milwaukee.
