Dorothy Hoell, age 85 years, died peacefully at home on November 4, 2016. She was born September 18, 1931 in Port Washington, daughter of Elmer and Antonia (nee Walus) Ewig. The family moved to Sheboygan where she graduated from Central High School. On April 7, 1950, she married Alois Hoell Jr. in Sheboygan. He preceded her in death in 1992. Dorothy was an avid sports fan, especially the Wisconsin Badgers. She enjoyed traveling, musicals, reading the newspaper and spending time with her family. Survivors include her children Steve (Nancy) Hoell of Issaquah, WA, Diane (Dennis) Ott of Grafton, Robert (Robin) Hoell of Menomonee Falls, Amy (Michael) Graff of Pewaukee, and her daughter- in- law Jayne (the late Michael) Hoell of Menomonee Falls. She was "Grandma Dot" to 19 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. She is further survived by her brother Eugene Ewig of Port Washington and 2 sisters Betty (Russ) Anderson of Menomonee Falls and Donna Suscha of Sheboygan. She was preceded in death by her husband, her son Michael, 2 sisters and 2 brothers. Burial will be held at Calvary Cemetery, Sheboygan.
