Dorothea E. Scherf Dorothea Scherf age 93 of Cedarburg passed away in the early morning hours of Monday December 13 2010 at Lasata Care Center where she had been a resident.nbsp; Dorothea was born in Germantown on March 4 1917 daughter of George and Josephine Klumb Poehlmann.nbsp; On July 21 1937 she married Carl Scherf in Cedarburg.nbsp; Mrs. Scherf worked as an assembler for Doerr Electric in Grafton.nbsp; She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Cedarburg and loved gardening.nbsp; She is survived by her two children Dennis Scherf and Karen (Gerald) Schmidt both of Cedarburg.nbsp; She is further survived by her granddaughter Kristen and two great-grandchildren Taylor and Carley nieces nephews other relatives and friends.nbsp; She is preceded in death by her husband Carl 3 brothers and 4 sisters.nbsp;nbsp;Private funeral services will be held.nbsp;nbsp;She will be laid to rest next to her husband in Immanuel Cemetery in Cedarburg.nbsp;Online condolences may be left at www.eernissefuneralhome.combr /Cemetery:br /pImmanuel Cemetery Cedarburg WI./p
