DONNA MAE E. SCHARDT Mrs. Donna Mae Schardt passed away early Friday morning, December 4, 2015, at Harrison Home in Cedarburg, where she had resided for the last ten years. She was 81 years old. Donna Mae was born in Milwaukee on March 27, 1934, daughter of Elmer and Gertrude Witt Sprender. She was united in marriage with Robert Schardt. The couple lived in Menomonee Falls and later Germantown. Robert preceded her in death and Donna Mae moved to Cedarburg in 2004. Mrs. Schardt enjoyed cribbage, bowling and yearly trips to Las Vegas. In her younger days she was a gymnast. Donna Mae is survived by her daughters Linda (Mark) Sohrweide of Cedar Grove and Roxanne Gerscke of Germantown, five grandchildren: Amber, Brian, Danielle, Brittany and Zachary. She is further survived by sister Edith Heins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband Robert, sister Jean Tonz and brother Donald Sprender. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:30 PM on Saturday, December 12th at the Eernisse Funeral Home, 1600 W. Grand Ave., Port Washington. Pastor Ed Rafferty will preside.
