Donald M. Hubing Donald Hubing age 89 years of Random Lake passed away Sunday morning July 15 2012 at Gables of Waldo where he has resided for the past 18 months. He was born May 12 1923 in Town of Belgium son of John B. and Sylvina Rach Hubing. Donald served in the United States Army during WW II and on April 30 1949 he married Harriet Feiten at St. Mary's Church in Random Lake. The couple farmed in the Random Lake area until retiring. He also worked at Krier Sod Company for many years. Harriet preceded him in death in 2004. Donald was a member of Our Lady Of The Lakes Parish and a former member of the Random Lake Lions Club. He enjoyed bowling and playing sheepshead. He is survived by two children Jeff (Lori) Hubing of Random Lake and Heidi Hubing of Sun Valley CA four grandchildren Benjamin (Nickie) and Danielle Hubing Greg (Amy) and Mandy Strahl three brothers Norbert of Tucson AZ Melvin (Sandy) and Jerry (Arleen) Hubing of Belgium four sisters Gert Fieber of Port Washington Genrose Brabender of Theresa Kathleen and Mary Bares of Belgium. He was preceded in death by four brothers Emil John Jr. Joe and Robert and two sisters Agnes Bahr and Regina Augustin. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday July 19 6 PM at Our Lady Of The Lakes St. Mary's Chapel Random Lake. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Visitation at the CHURCH Thursday from 3-6 PM. In lieu of flowers memorials to Our Lady Of The Lakes Parish appreciated. The Eernisse Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
