Don N. Seawall Mr. Don Seawall, formerly of Cedarburg, WI, passed away Thursday, October 8, 2015 at the age of 77. Don was born October 12, 1937 in Chicago, IL, the son of K. Hugo and Aase (nee Schmith) Seawall (Sjovall). After high school, Don earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business from Butler University in Indianapolis, IN. While attending school there he met the love of his life, Ruth Ann Hunt. The two were united in marriage on August 16, 1958 in Danville, IN. The couple raised their family in the northern Chicago suburbs until moving to Wisconsin in 1980, first residing in Cedarburg and later Delavan. Don was successful in his sales career with companies including 3M, Realist, IDC, and Indus International, before retiring in 2002. He was hard working and extremely proud of the work he did. He belonged to various business organizations and civic groups over the course of his life. Don was a devoted Chicago Bears' and Wisconsin Badgers' fan. In his free time he enjoyed working on his home and in his yard. Above all, Don was a family man who cherished time spent with his loving wife, children and grandchildren. Not a day went by that he wasn't affectionately called Pop or Grampie or Farfar. Don is survived by his wife Ruth Ann and their children: Mary Ann (Russell) Dullum of Lake Barrington, IL, Don Jr (Christy) of Sugar Grove, IL and William (Krista) of Cedarburg, WI. He is further survived by 6 grandchildren: Katie (Michael) Glaser, Chris Reidy, Veronica Seawall, Don Seawall III, Sean Seawall and Ryan Seawall, other relatives and friends. Don's family would like to thank all of his caregivers for their compassionate and supportive care. A private memorial service was held to celebrate Don's life. Memorials in Don's name to the Lewy Body Dementia Association (lbda.org) are appreciated by the family. The Eernisse Funeral Home, Cedarburg is honored to be assisting the family with arrangements.
