Dolores also loved to play board games, especially Scrabble and Upwords, but had recently started playing games on the computer and her iPad. She also enjoyed her weekly card games with friends.
Survivors include her husband Robert and their children Gerald "Jerry" (Carlene) Schmitz and Catherine Berend, both of West Bend and daughter-in-law Lori Schmitz of Saukville. She is further survived by 7 grandchildren: Amy, Kevin, Jessica, Stephen, Keith, Jennifer and Christopher, 7 great-grandchildren, sister-in-law Pam Loof of California, nieces, nephews, other family and friends. She is preceded in death by son Dennis A. Schmitz, her parents, sister Kathleen Singletary, brothers Robert Loof and James (the late Shirley & the late June) Schowalter.
