Longtime Cedarburg resident Diane Callen passed away at Ascension Columbia St. Mary's Hospital in Mequon on Saturday March 14, 2020 at the age of 72. Diane Elizabeth Spitz was born in Milwaukee on September 5, 1947 the daughter of Glenn and Evelyn (Nee Tilkins) Spitz. After graduating from St. Nicholas Grade School in Milwaukee and Dominican High School in Whitefish Bay, she went on to study at UW-Milwaukee. She was united in marriage to Michael "Mick" Callen on July 20, 1968 at St. Nicholas Parish. Survivors include her husband Mick; sons Todd (Shereen) and Ryan (Jillian Zierk); grandchildren Ty and Mandalyn, along with other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.
