Dennis E. Reimer Sr. 70, passed away peacefully at his homestead on Monday, May 4, 2026, surrounded by those that loved him after a lengthy battle with cancer.

Dennis had the best cars in Little Kohler growing up. He had an affinity for Chevy’s and owned a few Camaros over his life. Dennis loved his German Shepard dogs and raised a number of them prior to his passing. He was known to take yearly trips with his wife Roberta to Adam’s County to bring back 50lb bags of potatoes and onions to share with his family and friends. The couple also made yearly runs to Princeton, WI to Chief’s Trading Post to find treasures for their home and also to Sundrop Days in Shawno, WI for their yearly festivals.

Dennis was proud of maintaining his family homestead and enjoyed spending his days putzing around the property.

He is survived by his wife Roberta, his daughter Angela (Todd and son Harley); granddaughter Brooklynn Hill; close cousins Mary Neuman and Lisa (Mike). He is further survived by other relatives and friends and his beloved Shepard Rex.

Dennis was preceded in death by his parents Hilbert and Evelyn Reimer and his sister Barbara.

Please join Dennis’ family in a time of a gathering on Monday, May 11, 2026 from 4:00-6:00 pm at Eernisse Funeral Home, 1600 W. Grand Ave., Port Washington, WI 53074. Dennis was a simple man and requests everyone dress casually for his funeral. He will be laid to rest at 11:00am on Tuesday, May 12th at St. Martin Cemetery in Fillmore.

Dennis lived every day to the fullest and didn’t let cancer slow him down.

The family would like to express a special thank you to Dr. Mian’s team at Aurora West Bend for the last 20 years and Amber RN from Allay Hospice for her excellent compassionate care throughout his journey. They would also like to thank the “gas man” for visiting and spending with Dennis.
