Dennis John Bistricky of Saukville was welcomed into the arms of God on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at the age of 77. He was born in Milwaukee to Stephen and Mary (nee Kardos) Bistricky on August 2, 1945.

Dennis contracted polio at the age of four. He was a loving, compassionate adult with tremendous humility. Due to his advanced polio he continued to overcome obstacles facing him throughout his life. Dennis attended the old St. Joseph's Catholic School and church in Milwaukee with a special affection for the Notre Dame nuns. He graduated from Pius XI High School in Milwaukee. From there he graduated from UW-Milwaukee with a bachelor's degree in Philosophy and also received a degree in Psychology Counseling from George Williams College in Illinois. Dennis was strong in his Catholic faith and devoted his life to the precepts of Christ our Lord. My beloved brother was an exceptional man.

Dennis will remain in the hearts of his devoted sister Barbara Bistricky; brother Dr. Kenneth S. Bistricky; nephews Mark Bistricky and Steven (Kelly) Bistricky. He is further survived by other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents Stephen and Mary Bistricky; aunt Bert Bistricky-Kramoris and cousins Fr. Fred Bistricky and Florence Bering.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00AM on Thursday, October 27, 2022 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 521 Congress Dr. Newburg, WI 53060. The family will receive visitors at the church from 10:00AM until the time of service. Dennis will be laid to rest at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery in Milwaukee.
