Delores S. Bichler Mrs. Delores Bichler age 85 of Port Washington passed away during the afternoon hours of Saturday August 21 2010 at Harbor Cove where she had been a resident.nbsp; Delores was born on the family farm in Belgium on December 4 1924 daughter of Henry and Mary Depies Binsfeld.nbsp; She attended school in Dacada at St. Nicholas Catholic School.nbsp; On February 3 1945 she married Joseph W. Bichler.nbsp; The couple made their home in Port Washington first residing on Franklin St and later moving the family to Whitefish Rd.nbsp; She was a member of St. Maryrsquo;s Catholic Church the Christian Mothers and the Catholic Knights.nbsp; Delores cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren gardening and enjoying nature in her yard.nbsp; Devoted mother of Janet (Eric) Rathgeber ofnbsp; Rockville MD Joseph G. Bichler of Florence WI James Bichler of Port Washington Howard (Lydia) Bichler of Mattoon WI Frank (Nancy) Bichler of Stetsonville WI and Annie (Kevin) Tautges ofnbsp; Mequon.nbsp; Loving grandmother of Eric Rathgeber Elise Conelli Seth Bichler Jim Bichler Ron Bichler Joe Tautges and great-grandson Joe Rathgeber.nbsp; She is further survived by one sister Marie Wetor of Adell two sisters-in-law Ellen Binsfeld of Glendale and Rose Bichler of Thiensville nieces nephews other relatives and many friends.nbsp; She is preceded in death by her husband Joseph W. son Carl four brothers and two sisters.nbsp; A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday August 25th at 6:30 PM at St. Maryrsquo;s Catholic Church 430 N. Johnson St. in Port Washington with Father Pat Wendt officiating.nbsp; She will be laid to rest next to her husband in St. Maryrsquo;s Cemetery in Port Washington.nbsp; Visitation will be held at the CHURCH on Wednesday August 25th from 4:30-6:30 PM.nbsp; In lieu of flowers memorials to Port Catholic Schools suggested.nbsp; The Bichler family wishes to express their gratitude to Dr. Doug McManus and staff Dr. Allan Torkelson and staff and the compassionate caregivers at Harbor Cove.
