Mr. Dean Clay of the Town of Saukville passed away unexpectedly at his home on Wednesday, February 13, 2019. He was 59 years old.
Dean was born in Milwaukee on November 2, 1959, son of Delbert P. and Audrey D. Coleman Clay. He attended local schools and graduated from James Madison High School, Class of 1978. On August 3, 1985 he was united in marriage with Dana Dreier in Milwaukee. The couple settled in Milwaukee and started their family; they moved to the Town of Saukville in 1987.
Mr. Clay had been employed as a draftsman at Jadair International in Port Washington for more than 20 years. Dean loved talking to people, enjoyed hunting and was a passionate sheepshead player.
Survivors include his wife Dana, their children Niki (Jason) Stujenske of Menomonee Falls and Dale Clay of Port Washington and grandchildren Landon, Bryce and Morgan Stujenske, also of Menomonee Falls.
He is further survived by his father Delbert of Hartford, brother Dennis (Cindy) Clay of Milwaukee, sisters-in-law Cris Clay of Nashotah, Andrea (Thomas) Kannal of Brooklyn, WI and Alison (William) Mehlhorn of Menomonee Falls, nieces, nephews, other family and many friends. He is preceded in death by his mother Audrey, and brother Dan Clay.
A Memorial Service will be held at 7PM on Thursday, February 21st at the Eernisse Funeral Home, 1600 W. Grand Avenue in Port Washington. Rev. Dee Anderson will preside. The family will receive visitors at the Funeral Home on Thursday from 4-7PM.
