David E. Koslakiewicz of Port Washington, Wisconsin, entered eternal life on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at the age of 79. He was born in Duluth, Minnesota, to Edwin and Eleanor (née Hendrickson) Koslakiewicz.
After graduating from high school, David earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota Duluth and later received his master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. David embraced life with many interests and found joy in woodworking, listening to country music, and driving his Mustang.
