David S. Koepke, of Cedar Grove, passed away on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at the age of 62. Dave was born on April 30, 1962, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to the late Ralph and Jean (Gebhardt) Koepke. He graduated from Custer High School with the class of 1980.

In 1991, Dave and his brother Robert founded Cedar Grove Collision, an autobody shop they successfully ran together for over 30 years. Dave was deeply dedicated to his career and his shop.

Outside of work, Dave found joy in the outdoors, especially through hunting. In his younger years, he pursued motocross racing alongside his brother and passed this passion down to his children by taking them to the track to race. In recent years, he enjoyed watching the races with his children. His children and grandchildren were his pride and joy. Those who knew Dave appreciated his dry sense of humor that could brighten any room.

Dave is survived by his children: Samantha and Dustin Garrett, Raechel, Krystine, Ariel, Jeremiah, and Olivia (Joseph) Koepke; his grandchildren: Isabel, Aalina, Bentley, and Radley. He is further survived by his siblings: Robert Koepke, Sue (John) Cerbins, and Lynn Koepke, along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and numerous friends.

Dave was preceded in death by his parents.

Join us for a Celebration of Life on September 28, 2024, at Orchard Valley Acres. The service will begin at 1 PM and will be followed by food and drinks.
