David B. Kilsdonk David Kilsdonk age 33 years of Madison passed away on Friday morning January 14 2005 at Angels Grace Hospice in Oconomowoc. David was born on September 9 1971 in Milwaukee son of Judith Cramer Kilsdonk Koczka and the late Daniel Kilsdonk. David was a patient at the Central Wisconsin Center of the Developmentally Disabled in Madison WI for many years. He is survived by is mother Judy (Al) Koczka of Belgium 2 sisters Kris Kilsdonk of Willow Springs NC and Deborah (David) Schultz of Milwaukee his grandfather Henry Kilsdonk of Lancaster CA and his three nephews David Jr. Daniel and Dale Schultz. He is further survived by 18 aunts 15 uncles many cousins other relatives and many friends at Central Wisconsin Center in Madison and his very special friend and caregiver Cherri Johnson. He is preceded in death by his father Dan and his stepbrother Michael Koczka. Funeral Services will be Wed. Jan. 19th 3PM at the Eernisse Funeral Home 171 N. Royal Avenue Bleiugm. Interment will be in Lakeside Cemetery in Summit Lake WI. Visitation will be held at the Funeral Home Wednesday from 2-3 PM. Eernisse Funeral Home Belgium is assisting the family.
