David Michalski son of John and Glenice Smith Michalski passed away unexpectedly in New Berlin on Tuesday September 1 2009 at the age of 46.nbsp; After his schooling David served in the United States Air Force.nbsp; He is survived by hisnbsp;children Andrea and Mattew Michalski as well as brothers sisters nieces nephews and other relatives.nbsp; He is preceded in death by his parents.nbsp; nbsp;
