David R Boehm, November 1, 1942 - November 26, 2025.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of an extraordinary man, David R. Boehm of Grafton, who left this world at the age of 83 after a courageous battle with cancer. Surrounded by love and held in the hearts of all who knew him, he departed peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, humor, and quiet strength.

After serving in the US Army, David started his 31-year career with the Mequon Police Department, where he established the Mequon Dive Rescue team and spent the last 13 years of his career as the Youth Liaison Officer for the Mequon-Thiensville School District before retiring in 1998. He also served as Executive Director of the Wisconsin Juvenile Officers Association for many years. Dave enjoyed the last 20 plus years at the Ozaukee Ice Center where he could be found running concessions, sharpening skates, riding on the Zamboni, or running the clock for Homestead High School and Concordia University hockey games.

He will be deeply missed by his wife and best friend of 51 years, Vicki, his children Bill (Kristen), Jody (Kent) Meier, and Jacki (Dan) Dommer. Grandchildren Jason (Emily) Lynch, Brandon (Heather) Meier, Isaac Dommer, Owen Dommer, 4 great-grandchildren, and many friends.

The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to doctors and staff at Froedtert Cancer Center and Kathy's Hospice in West Bend. We are forever grateful to Dr. Scott Jorgensen for the years of dedicated care he provided to Dave.

A celebration of life will be held at North Shore Country Club, 3100 W Country Club Drive, Mequon, WI 53092 on Saturday, December 13, 2025. The family will receive visitors from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm.
