Daniel Perkins of Fredonia, formerly of Milwaukee, passed away early Saturday morning, December 5, 2015 at Cedar Springs Health & Rehabilitation Center in Cedarburg. He was 67 years old. Dan was born in Milwaukee on January 22, 1948, son of Donald and Beverly Beau Perkins. On August 14, 1976 Daniel was united in marriage with Shelby Miller at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in West Allis. The couple settled in Milwaukee and raised their family while Mr. Perkins worked at Milwaukee Forge. Dan and Shelby later moved to Fredonia in 2006. Dan enjoyed bowling, socializing and trips to the casino with his wife. He is survived by his wife Shelby, children Jackie (Jessie) Lewinski of East Troy and Donald Perkins of Fredonia, grandchildren Daymien Perkins and Daltyn Lewinski, and brothers Johnny (Nancy) Perkins of New Berlin and Jeff (Denise) Perkins of Muskego. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Dan was preceded in death by his grandson Seth Lewinski and his parents Donald & Beverly. Funeral Services will be held at 7PM on Tuesday December 8th at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 1525 N. Grant St., Port Washington. He will be laid to rest the following day at Highland Memorial Park. The family will receive visitors at the CHURCH on Tuesday from 5-7PM.
