Daniel Stenberg of Fredonia passed away in the evening hours of Wednesday September 11 2013 at his residence. He was 58 years old. Dan was born in Traverse City MI on January 4 1955 son of Lloyd Stenberg and Celia Stallman Stenberg. Dan's family moved to the Fredonia area in late 1960's. He attended school at Northern Ozaukee graduating with the class of 1973. Dan worked as a maintenance electrician at Brady Corp in Glendale. He was a lifetime member of the Beechwood Gun Club and enjoyed hunting fishing and wood working. He is survived by his mother Celia Stenberg of Port Washington three siblings; Jim (Peggy) Stenberg of Cedar Grove Tom (Sandy) Stenberg of Saukville and Kathy Stenberg of Wauwatosa and his former wife and special friend Sue (Dave) Struck of Kewaskum. He is further survived by his two nieces Jess Vento and Nicki Philbrick and two nephews Andy and Greg Stenberg other relatives and many friends. He is preceded in death by his father Lloyd and his first wife Diane (Wilcom) Stenberg. In accordance to Dan's wishes private family services will be held.
