Obituary

DALE J. MUELLER Mr. Dale Mueller passed away Friday, November 13, 2015 at St. Mary's Hospital in Madison following a massive stroke. He was 54 years old. Dale was born in Port Washington on August 2, 1961, son of J. Earl and Audrey Krier Mueller. He grew up in Random Lake and graduated from Random Lake High School with the Class of 1980. Dale was united in marriage with Jean Klas at St. Nicholas Chapel, Dacada, on August 11, 2000. Mr. Mueller was a truck driver with Times Printing in Random Lake until 2010, when Dale & Jean moved to Cottage Grove. He currently worked as a Utility Operator with Hydrite Chemical Company in Cottage Grove. Dale was a former member & chief of Adell Fire Department, a 30 year member of Random Lake Fire Department, an active member of Cottage Grove Fire Department and a member of Badger Firefighters Association. He enjoyed hunting, kayaking, golfing, boating, skiing and dancing and was a passionate Badgers and Packers fan. Dale is survived by his wife Jean, their sons Danny (Sarah) Wollner of Marshall and Brian Wollner of Dacada and grandchildren Xander & Quinn Wollner, also of Marshall. Other survivors include his mother Audrey Mueller, brother Michael (Mary) Mueller, sister Patty (Dennis) Blumer, all of Random Lake, and sister Connie (Bob) Ryan of Lombard, IL. He is further survived by mother-in-law Shirley Klas of Dacada, brothers- and sisters-in law Tom Klas of Fredonia, Carol (Ron) Koralewski of Muskego, Jerry (Judy) Klas of Dacada, Amy (Stan) Lubner, also of Fredonia and Mary Peckarsky of Phoenix, AZ, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his father, brother Robert "Bob" Mueller and father-in-law Daniel Klas. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 5PM on Wednesday, November 18, 2015, at Our Lady of the Lakes Parish - St. Nicholas Chapel, Dacada. Father Richard Cerpich will preside. Burial will follow at St. Nicholas Cemetery. The family will receive visitors at the CHURCH on Wednesday from 2-5PM. There will be a Fire Department walk-through at 4:30 PM. Memorials are suggested to the family in lieu of flowers.
