Mrs. Cindy Caswell of the Town of Fredonia passed away at Aurora Medical Center in Grafton Friday afternoon, December 16, 2016 following a heart attack. She was 74 years old. Cindy was born in Milwaukee on April 9, 1942, daughter of Francis and Cecelia Krauska Ziminski. She attended local schools and graduated from St. Mary's Academy. On November 4, 1967 she was united in marriage with Neil Caswell in Milwaukee. The couple settled on the southside of Milwaukee and started their family. They moved to Cedar Grove in 1978 and later to their current home in Fredonia in 1984.
Mrs. Caswell enjoyed sewing, knitting and fishing. She was an avid reader and was known for the wonderful stollen she would make at Christmas time. Above all, Cindy loved taking care of her family and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband Neil and their four children: Kelly (Lisa) Caswell of Oostburg, Carrie (Mike) Saskowski of Milwaukee, Jason (Sara) Caswell of Waubeka and Matthew (Julie) Caswell of Fredonia. She is further survived by eight grandchildren: Kaitlyn, Rebecca, Andrew, Michael, Joseph, Alyssa, Evan and Olivia, sisters Barbara and Terry, brothers-in-law Brad Caswell and Marc Caswell, both of Milwaukee, other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents and sisters Frances and Rita.
A Memorial Service will be held at 7PM on Tuesday, December 27th at the Eernisse Funeral Home, 1600 W. Grand Ave., Port Washington, Pastor Steve Harris will preside. The family will receive visitors at the Funeral Home on Tuesday from 4-7PM.
