Craig H. Nordby of Fredonia passed away unexpectedly Sunday morning October 5 2014. He was 54 years old. Craig was born May 3 1960 in Milwaukee the son of Harold Nordby and Patricia Wilkum. He graduated from Port Washington High School in 1978. For over 15 years he worked at F.I.S. in Milwaukee (formerly Metavante) as a systems analyst. On November 12 1988 he was united in marriage with Corinne Brunette in Fox Point. Craig was an active member of St. John Lutheran Church in Fredonia where he had served as an Elder usher and reader. Formerly he had been a member of the Windjammer Drum Corp. Craig's family was his life and revolved around his wife and children. He loved being outdoors in the woods hiking and camping. He enjoyed traveling singing computers his beloved pets and being with his family and friends. Craig is survived by his wife Corinne and their three children: Dylan of Fredonia Amanda of Moraga CA and Hannah of Fredonia. He is further survived by his mother Patricia (Donald) Prom of Port Washington brothers Terry Nordby and Jamie Fowler both of Port Washington sisters-in-law Linda (Tim) Feider of New Berlin and Monique (David) Pospyhalla of Stratford nieces nephews other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his father Harold his brother Todd Nordby and sister-in-law Michelle Brunette. Funeral Services will be held at 7PM on Thursday October 9 2014 at St. John Lutheran Church 824 Fredonia Ave in Fredonia. Rev. Robert Zick will officiate. The family will receive visitors at the church on Thursday from 3:30-7PM. In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to the St. John Kitchen Fund.
