Mr. Chester R. Dahl Jr. Ray Dahl of Redding Circle in Belgium passed away at Columbia-St. Mary's Ozaukee Campus in Mequon on Sunday afternoon May 28th 2006. He was 71 years old. Ray was born in Milwaukee on August 25 1934 son of Chester and Lucille Lewinski Dahl. He was united in marriage with Marianne Pahl on May 4 1957 at St. Pius Catholic Church in Milwaukee. Mr. Dahl was a graduate of Marquette University and held a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He had been an employee of Miller Brewery in Milwaukee. Ray was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Lake Church and enjoyed tennis hockey fishing time spent up north and spending time with his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife Marianne their children Gary (Kris) Dahl of Jackson and Sue (Michael) Schwerm of Shorewood and his grandchildren Evann Schwerm and Austin Dahl. He is further survived by a brother Robert (Anita) Dahl of Eagle River other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents a son Jeffrey and a daughter Patricia. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday June 3rd 11AM at St. Mary Catholic Church in Lake Church. Father Jim Vojtik will officiate.
