CHARLES W. ldquo;Juniorrdquo; WOLF Charles Wolf age 88 years of 518 W. Chestnut St. Port Washington died Thursday evening November 1 2007 at Heritage Nursing Home in Port Washington where he had been a patient for the past several days. He was born December 8 1918 in Port Washington son of Charles and Anna Gross Wolf. He served in the US Army during WW II and married Agnes Bares on April 5 1943 in Indian Town Gap PA. He worked as a machinist at Simplicity Mfg. in Port Washington for 43 years retiring in 1980. He was a member of Friedens Evangelical Church VFW Post 5373 and served as past commander of Van Ells-Schanen American Legion. He was also a former member of the Ozaukee County Rescue Squad. Survivors include his wife Agnes of Port Washington two children Charles G. (Janice) Wolf of Greendale and Rosanne (Richard) Plier of Port Washington four grandchildren Kristin Wolf (Karl) Stark Rich (Kristy) Plier Cheryl (Kevin) Barry and Randy (Becky Gasser) Plier and one great grandson Evan Stark. He was preceded in death by three sisters and one brother. Funeral Sunday eve. Nov. 4 6 PM at Friedens Evangelical Church Port Washington with Pastor Mark Voll officiating. Interment with full military honors at St. Maryrsquo;s Cemetery Port Washington. Visitation at the Church Sunday from 4-6 PM.
