CHADWICK Chaddy HUBBELL Chad Hubbell age 87 years of Saukville died Saturday evening October 27 2007 at HR Manor Care in Appleton. He was born November 7 1919 in Port Washington son of Joseph and Mona Ehaney Hubbell. He served in the Army Air Corps during WW II and on August 28 1947 married Gladys Demge at St. Mary Catholic Church in Lake Church. She preceded him in death in 1995. Chad worked for the Ozaukee County Highway Department retiring at age 65. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Saukville Landt-Thiel American Legion in Saukville and VFW Post 5373. Chad enjoyed baking and cooking for family and friends. He is best known for making and wearing silly decorated hats. He is survived by his daughters Holly and Heidi Hubbell of Fredricksburg VA two grandchildren: Eric Hubbell of Belgium and Rebeca Hubbell of Fredonia and one great-grandson Caleb. He was preceded in death by his son Craig and his sister Mary Jane Fromm. Funeral Monday Nov. 5 7 PM at the Eernisse Funeral Home Port Washington with Father Karl Acker officiating. Entombment with military honors Tuesday Nov. 6 10 AM at St. Mary's Cemetery Port Washington.
