Catherine Gertrude (nee Arndorfer) Heimerman of Random Lake, passed away at her home surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, August 1, 2018. Catherine was born on February 3, 1951 and grew up in North Lake, Wisconsin to Francis and Gertrude (nee Purtell) Arndorfer. She was united in marriage to her husband Donald Heimerman on January 19, 1974. Catherine taught K & K4 in the Random Lake community for over 30 years. She enjoyed spending time with family, neighbors, colleagues, friends (camping, cards, college, and so many more) she so loved and cherished. Above all, Catherine especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She was known as a star corn hole player and avid Packers fan. Catherine is survived by her husband Don, children Trisha (James) Elizondo, Peter (Kari) Heimerman and Bethany Heimerman, grandchildren Lane and Caitlin Elizondo; Hadley, Chase, and Landon Heimerman; and Nash and Briggs Willegal. She is further survived by many other relatives and friends. She was welcomed into heaven by her mother, father, father-in-law, four brothers, infant sister, and numerous friends. Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Eernisse Funeral Home (1167 Washington Avenue Cedarburg, 53012) on Monday, August 6, 2018. Visitation will continue the following day August 7, 2018 from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM at Our Lady of the Lakes – St. Mary's Chapel (300 Butler Street Random Lake, 53075). A Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 2:00 PM with Father Richard Cerpich presiding. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital. Catherine's family wishes to extend a special thank you to Dr. Shamah and the incredible nursing staff at Aurora Grafton Cancer Center as well as the staff of Preceptor Home Health Care.
