She was a dedicated volunteer at St. Mary's church, where she generously gave her time and talents to various activities and events. Her involvement with the Christian women's group was a testament to her deep faith and commitment to serving others. In addition to her work within the church, Carol also dedicated her time to the Silver Creek Fire Department, where she selflessly contributed to fundraisers and community events throughout the years.

Her skills in sewing and mending were unmatched, as she lovingly crafted and repaired cherished garments for countless special occasions. Such as wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, prom, Baptismal and First Communion gowns. She lovingly knitted Dish Cloths for her family every Christmas.

You could always find Carol in her garden, growing fruits and vegetables of many types for canning and jelly preservation. Creating special memories with her friends and families was one of the most cherished past times that Carol had. She enjoyed playing Sheepshead and many other card games.
