Obituary

CARLTON E. NISLEIT Mr. Carl Nisleit of Cedar Creek Parkway in the Town of Cedarburg passed away early Monday morning March 10 2008 at the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice Center in Sheboygan Falls. He was 82 years old. Carl was born in Sheboygan on May 3 1925 son of Carl A. and Emma Stoll Nisleit. He served with the United States Army and was later united in marriage with Rosemary Eischen at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Grafton on October 15 1949. The couple settled in the Grafton area and raised their family. After 52 years of wonderful marriage Rosie preceded him in death in 2001. Mr. Nisleit worked as a material control specialist for Bolens in Port Washington for 53 years retiring in 1998. Later he worked with his son at Harbor Hills Bowling Center part-time. He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Grafton as well as a member of IAM Union Local 1430. Carl enjoyed bowling at Harbor Hills with family and friends and spending time with his grandchildren. He is survived by his 7 children: Linda (Ronald) Rappold of Bedford TX Steven (Linda) Nisleit of Port Washington Barbara (Daniel) Wollner of Plymouth Donna (Robert) Edquist of Cedarburg Robert Nisleit of Grafton Richard (Charlotte) Nisleit of Woodbury MN and Anne Shipley of Hendersonville NC. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren: Rhonda (Luke) Lana (Matthew) Tamara Rose Dana (Mitchell) Kristin (Thomas) J.B. Michael Drew Laura Amanda Katie Sarah and Carly Rose and 7 great-grandchildren. Carl is further survived by his brother Derold (the late Thelma) Nisleit of Sheboygan 2 brothers-in-law: Allie Eischen of Newburg and Melvin (LaVonne) Eischen of Grafton nieces nephews other relatives and many dear friends. He is preceded in death by his wife Rosie infant daughter Lana and 13 siblings. Funeral Services will be held on Sunday March 16th 6PM at the Eernisse Funeral Home 1600 W. Grand Ave. (Hwy 33 LL) in Port Washington. Rev. Kenton Wendorf will officiate. He will be laid to rest next to his wife in St. Paul Cemetery. The family will receive visitors at the Eernisse Funeral Home on Sunday from 4-6PM. Memorials suggested to St. Paul Lutheran Church or to the Susan S.
