Carissa passed away Oct. 24, 2025, at the age of 37. She was surrounded by her loving family.

In keeping with her wishes, funeral services will not be held. The family are grieving privately and will honor her memory by gathering with close family and friends.

Carissa was known for her bright smile, sense of fashion, and love of music and dancing. She also loved animals, and traveling to new places where she enjoyed sunshine and scuba diving. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her, especially her family, including grandparents, mother, sister, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, aunts, nephews, niece, cousins. She will also be missed by many friends and her dog MJ who she had many adventures with.

The family truly appreciates the expressions of support and sympathy that are being received. Cards and memorials may be sent directly to the family. The family encourages continued celebrations of her life.
