Bryon Michael Greenwood, age 37, passed away on January 9, 2026.

Bryon was born on March 21, 1988, in Grafton, Wisconsin to parents Michael Greenwood and Maureen Kipp.

Bryon had a lifelong love for cars, whether it was talking endlessly about engines, fixing them with his extensive collection of tools or enjoying the freedom of the open road.

He was a devoted fan of the Milwaukee Brewers and followed the team with loyalty, hope and the frustration that comes with being a true fan. Bryon also loved every animal he met but especially his four cats Oliver, Cleo, Norman and Mack. Above all else, Bryon loved his family.

Bryon is survived by his father, Michael Greenwood, and his wife Sarah Greenwood; his mother Maureen Kipp and her husband Dave Kipp; his siblings, Amanda Greenwood and Grayson Greenwood; and his beloved nephew Caiden Treske. Bryon leaves behind many family members and friends who will forever miss his laugh, his jokes and his presence.

Bryon was known for his quick wit, dry humor and perfectly timed comments that could break tension and bring laughter when it was needed the most. While he brought light, he also lived with ongoing struggles with mental health. His life is a reminder that struggles do not define a person's worth, nor do they diminish the love they give or the impact they leave behind. Bryon mattered deeply, and his story is one of both humility and heart.

A Funeral Service will be held at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Grafton (701 Washington St. Grafton, WI 53024) on January 23, 2026, at 6:00pm. Visitation will begin at 4:00pm. He will be laid to rest at St. Paul's Cemetery in Grafton.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Bryons' memory to the Ozaukee Humane Society, where he adopted his four beloved cats.

Bryon will be remembered not only for the things he loved, but for the smiles he gave so freely and the laughter he leaves behind.
