Bruce E. Shumway, 69, of Cedarburg, WI, died peacefully Feb 12, 2020 after a long battle with cancer. Bruce has requested to be cremated and for his ashes to be brought back to Connecticut where he grew up and where a memorial reception will be held to celebrate his life. Bruce was born on March 28th, 1950. He graduated from Connecticut School of Electronics. He married Dorothy L Nellums and they were married for 45 years. He worked as a Manager for Product Development Corp for 30 years. He was actively involved in Rods and Relics post retirement and had a passion for classic cars. He is survived by Dorothy; children, Christopher (Karen), Jason and Keri (Andy); grandchildren, Eden, Piper, Gus, Tyler, Anna, Gavyn; one brother, Clinton Shumway; other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Owen and Ethel Shumway. In lieu of flowers, monetary donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
