Brian Meloy, age 45 years of Richmond, TX, formerly of Saukville, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, Nov. 23 at his residence. He was born August 31, 1971 in Port Washington, son of William and Gloria (nee Klug) Meloy. Brian was a 1990 graduate of Port Washington High School and graduated from Southeastern Academy in Kissimmee, FL where he was trained as a travel agent. Brian was currently self employed as a professional show horse mane braider, traveling the show horse circuit. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and being around animals, especially horses. He is survived by his parents William and Gloria of Saukville, his siblings Timothy (Lisa) Meloy of Alabama, Terry (Carrie) Meloy of Fredonia and Colene (David) Sommer of Port Washington, his aunt and uncle Judy (Jerry) Schuh of West Bend, nieces and nephews. A memorial gathering will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 4-6 PM at the Eernisse Funeral Home, Port Washington with a celebration of life service at 6 PM. Burial will be in Union Cemetery, Saukville. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Wisconsin Humane Society Ozaukee Campus appreciated.
