Bogumila "Grace" Szwejcer of Des Plaines, IL was reunited with her husband Andrew on Sunday June 11, 2017 at the age of 83. Cherished mother of Lisa (Pete) Bartnik and Lil. Proud Babcia of Sam, Andie, Dylan and Tara. Dear sister of Lucy (Richard) Rajner. Also survived by other relatives and friends. Memorial Mass 10:30 AM on Saturday July 8, 2017 at St. Zachary Catholic Church, 567 W. Algonquin Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60016. Inurnment Maryhill Cemetery. The family will greet relatives and friends at a reception held at the White Eagle in Niles, IL following the cemetery committal.
