Betty Parkhurst of Milwaukee and Tucson AZ passed away into the Loving arms of the Lord during the evening hours of Wednesday April 4 2012 at Golden Living Center in Milwaukee. She was 82 years old. She was born on January 8 1930 in Oceana VA daughter of K. Bayard Parsons and Ethel Trammell Parsons. Betty worked as a secretary for Ray Taylor Associates in Milwaukee and also Burham Service Corp. in Tuscon. She was a member of St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Tuscon AZ and enjoyed doing needle-point and cooking. Betty is survived by her two sons S. Scott Brown of Northfield NH and Donn (Susan) Brown of Saukville. She is further survived by four grandchildren: Sean Tami Sally and Marcy and one great-grandson Wally one sister Jeanne Edmunds of VA other relatives and many friends. Private family services were held. The family would like to thank the staff at Golden Living Center and the Harbor Club for their care and support.
