Bernice C. Miller Ms. Bernice Miller of Butler Street in Random Lake formerly of Belgium passed away Friday morning April 9 2010 at Sunny Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center in Sheboygan. She was 88 years old. Bernice was born April 21 1921 in Fredonia the daughter of John and Clara Mayer Miller. After graduating from Port Washington High School she attended business college in Sheboygan for one year. She was employed by various business in Sheboygan and Ozaukee counties as a secretary. Ms. Miller was a member of Holy Rosary Parish Holy Cross Chapel. She had previously been a member of the Port Washington Womenrsquo;s Club and enjoyed golfing knitting gardening and cooking. Bernice is survived by her sister Adeline (the late Roman) Schmitz of Belgium five nieces and nephews: Wayne (Joyce) Schmitz Darlene Payne Brian Schmitz Bruce Schmitz and Joann (Scott) Lawton and other friends. She was preceded in death by her parents John and Clara Miller her step-mother Hildagarde Miller and an infant sister Virginia. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2:30PM on Monday April 12 at Holy Rosary Parish Holy Cross Chapel (Hwy A amp; B in town of Belgium). Father James Ernster will officiate. She will be laid to rest in the parish cemetery beside her parents. The family will receive visitors at the church on Monday afternoon from 1-2:30PM. In lieu of flowers memorials are appreciated to a charity of choice. The Eernisse Funeral Home Belgium is assisting the family with arrangements.
